Thoughts on the Election . . .

This upcoming election scares me to death. The candidates themselves aren't scary - far from it. What scares me is the thought that people will be voting for candidates based on race or gender.

t 'm begging America - Don't vote for race. Race means nothing.
Don't vote for gender. Gender means nothing.
Don't vote for hope. Hoping means less than nothing.
Don't vote for "straight talk". One man's straight talk is another's BS.
Don't vote for change. No matter how bad you perceive things as being, they can always change for the worse.
Don't fall for the "Hussien" BS. Hussein is like "Jones" or "Smith" in the US.
If you think that McCain is Bush III then you need to open your mind and listen to what he ha to say. I promise he's not.

Vote for the candidate who stands most in line with how you feel about the issues. Let's not elect the most powerful person in the world based on anything other than that.
